### Find your focus

What needs my attention?

Your commitments, open threads and the day ahead, in the context of what you’re responsible for.

- Your day: Review the options before a meeting. Share the notes you promised. Decide what can wait.

Personal context: Your priorities and working preferences

Start with what matters to you.

### Prepare for a conversation

What do I need to know before we talk?

Bring together what was discussed, what changed and the questions you want to resolve. Useful for a one-to-one, a team meeting or an important decision.

- Before you meet: Revisit the previous discussion, review new information and bring the open questions.

Personal context: Your relationships, questions and preparation preferences

Pick up where the conversation left off.

### Carry the work forward

What did we decide, and what happens next?

Turn a conversation into something people can work from: decisions to remember, commitments to review and context for whoever picks it up next.

- After the conversation: Review the decisions, confirm who is doing what and keep the reasoning available to the team.

Personal context: Your responsibilities and follow-ups

Keep your next steps connected to the team’s.

Personal preferences and responsibilities sit alongside the relevant team knowledge. The same shared decisions can inform different people’s next steps.

## One company. Many ways of working.

You and your colleagues bring different responsibilities, preferences and experience to the same work. Thoughtspan brings relevant shared knowledge into a workspace shaped around each person’s responsibilities.

### A brain for personal context.

Responsibilities, relationships, preferences and experience. The context that makes a workspace useful to a particular person.

### Brains for shared knowledge.

The company’s approach. The team’s priorities. A project’s decisions. Distinct homes for the knowledge people need to work from together.

### Modules for the work itself.

A daily view, a meeting brief, a place to think through a decision. Practical tools that bring the relevant knowledge into the task at hand.

Personal context, shared knowledge and access are defined together during implementation.

## The next module starts with “Could it also…?”

A module is a useful part of your workspace, built around something you need to do. We turn your questions into working examples, refine them with you, and connect the agreed knowledge behind them.

A good starting point gives people ideas. Their feedback becomes the brief for what comes next.

### Illustrative module refinement

“Could it also show what changed since our last meeting?”

- The priorities for our next meeting

- The questions we still need to resolve

- Added: Changes since the last meeting, with the source beside each one

The meeting view gains a change summary. The agreed meeting notes and project updates supply the context. Same people, same work, a more useful module.

## Start with real work. Build with your people.

We learn the work, build with the people doing it, and expand from what proves useful. Work with us onsite or remotely, from the first conversation through a scoped implementation.

### 01. Learn the actual work.

We talk with the people doing it: what they’re responsible for, where context gets lost, and which recurring tasks deserve a better way.

Output: A focused starting point and agreed sources.

### 02. Make it tangible.

We create sample modules around recognizable work. Your team tries them, tells us what feels useful, and shows us what needs to change.

Output: A concrete workspace to react to and refine.

### 03. Implement with care.

We agree integrations, personal and shared context, access, and human review. We validate the scoped work before it reaches the team.

Output: A defined implementation with clear boundaries.

### 04. Expand from what works.

Review usefulness with the people using it. Adapt the modules and extend to more roles or work where there’s a clear reason to do so.

Output: A practical basis for the next rollout decision.

## Useful at the desk. Visible across the work.

The work is familiar. What makes the workspace personal is your context: what you know, how you work and who you work with.

- Find your focus: Start with what matters to you.

- Prepare for a conversation: Pick up where the conversation left off.

- Carry the work forward: Keep your next steps connected to the team’s.

## Frequently asked questions

### What would we actually be implementing?

A custom AI workspace with modules for agreed tasks, connected to the relevant knowledge and supported sources. We scope the people, use cases, integrations, access and review requirements together. The initial engagement establishes what the first version will include.

### Can we start with one person or a small team?

Yes. We can begin with a focused set of responsibilities, make sample modules, and refine them with the people who will use them. Broader rollout is a separate decision based on what proves useful and what is ready to support.

### How does it fit the tools we already use?

We begin with your existing tools and sources, then agree which integrations are supported and needed for the work. Capabilities are confirmed during scoping; the examples on this page do not imply every connector is available out of the box.

### How do personal and company brains work together?

A brain organizes knowledge for a particular context: a person, company, client or project. We design each workspace around the relevant brains and agree which information stays personal, what is shared, and who can access it. Personal and shared context are explicit parts of implementation.

### Who builds and changes the modules?

Thoughtspan builds and refines modules with your team as part of the engagement. You bring the needs, examples and feedback. Self-serve module creation is part of the broader product direction; availability depends on the version and setup and is confirmed during scoping.

### How do we decide whether to roll it out further?

Agree useful outcomes for the first scope, then review the actual work with its users. Depending on the task, that could include preparation effort, review cycles, completion time or clarity of handoffs. Expansion should follow evidence from the implementation; we do not promise a universal ROI figure.

### Can you work with us onsite?

Yes. We can work alongside your people onsite or remotely. The first conversation helps establish the work, the team involved, and a sensible scope for building together.

## Show us how you work.

Bring one person’s responsibilities, a team’s recurring challenge, or something you wish worked better. We’ll explore what a useful first version could look like.
