A familiar way to work.

Your firm defines the questions, records and review steps. We build the workspace around them.

PERSONAL TO YOUR PEOPLE

Same practice.
Different responsibilities.

Shared knowledge should make each person more effective. Their workspace should feel like it understands their part of the work.

FOR THE ATTORNEY

Arrive ready to review.

See the client’s context, the source questions and the changes that need your judgment. Keep personal preparation alongside the shared matter record.

“What needs my judgment before we proceed?”

FOR THE PARALEGAL

Know what the case needs next.

Work from a clear collection queue and specific review feedback. Carry the latest documents and open questions into the packet you prepare.

“What is missing, and who do I need to ask?”

FOR FIRM LEADERSHIP

See where work is waiting.

Build visibility into preparation, ownership and handoffs across matters. Start with one recurring bottleneck and extend what helps the team.

“Where does the team need a clearer next step?”

We define what stays personal, what belongs with the client or matter, and who can access it during implementation.

BUILT WITH YOUR FIRM

Bring one workflow.
Let’s make it useful.

If a larger legal AI investment feels hard to justify, start with one useful workflow. We discuss your needs and budget, build sample modules for feedback, and agree a focused first implementation.

01

Learn the real process.

Walk through the inputs, templates, exceptions, review steps and tools with the people who use them.

02

Put a sample in their hands.

Build modules around a recurring need. Let attorneys and staff show us what makes them useful.

03

Implement, then extend.

Agree the scope, access and integrations. Validate the first workflow and expand with the team.

Hands-on, onsite or remotely. Built and led by Jeremy Klar & Eric Gottschalk.

BEFORE WE BUILD

A few questions
from your firm.

What can Thoughtspan build for an immigration law firm?

We build custom AI workspaces and modules around your practice. Starting points include client intake, document collection, matter history, correspondence, packet preparation and attorney review. We learn the process with your attorneys and staff, then build sample modules they can react to.

Can the workspace fit family-based and employment-based matters?

Yes. Different matter types can have different intake questions, participants, document checklists and review steps. Your firm defines those requirements and the information each person should see. We build and validate the agreed workflow with you.

How do we start if a larger legal AI investment feels out of reach?

Start with one recurring workflow and the people doing it. We discuss your needs and budget, then agree the scope and price of a useful first implementation. You can evaluate that work before deciding whether to expand across the practice.

Will it decide eligibility, choose forms or calculate deadlines?

Those are not capabilities demonstrated on this page. Your attorneys define legal strategy, applicable requirements and review decisions. Any legal research, form-related automation or deadline functionality would need its own scope, authoritative sources and validation.

Does this replace our immigration case-management software?

We start with your current tools and where work gets stuck between them. We agree what information the workspace needs and how it should move. Case-management, document, email and other connections are confirmed and validated during scoping.

How is client information handled?

We define data handling, personal and shared context, access and approval boundaries with your firm before implementation. The page uses fictional records and a scripted workflow. It has no live client documents, accounts, uploads or filing connections.

Is this a ready-made immigration product?

This page shows illustrative module starting points for a custom implementation. It is not a live immigration application, legal research service or filing tool. The first step is to learn your workflow and build a sample with your team.

What should we bring to the first conversation?

Bring one recurring task or handoff you would like to improve: an intake process, a missing-document queue, a packet that takes too much back-and-forth, or client follow-ups. We will explore a practical starting point with you, onsite or remotely.
